Paintings In Development
As of September 2011, I installed my new studio in tiny attic premises in Campo Sant'Angelo, Venice. Over the next two years I worked on images for a new exhibition, 'Three Day Pass'. We juxtaposed photographs of wall surfaces of Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia, taken by Bruno Bagetto, with my abstract interpretations. This show took place in Venice in 2013.
My latest paintings are brightly coloured panels of wall-like structures. They feature in a commission for a client in California, as well as a potential new Project for Harley Street, a proposal to refit a high-ceilinged Georgian drawing room.
